Working out

There are mainly two ways you can exercise, strength training and aerobic exercise. 

Both are good in their own way, however combining the two is the best way to burn some extra calories. 

Strength training contains lifting heavy weights to gain muscle mass. You can easily do this in every gym or at home with some dumbbells.

You can follow a strength training program for beginners. This will probably say you have to train 3 times a week for almost 1 hour with different excises that target all muscle groups.

Eating food is something a human body needs to stay alive and function well.

However, when you eat to many foods for a long period of time your body will store it as fat.

The good thing is, if you eat less food your body will use your fat as energy source and you will lose body fat. 

There are so many different diet programs, for example you have the keto diet, intermittent fasting, low carb diet, paleo diet or the Mediterranean diet. 

Let me tell you this, they all work!

Yes, that is correct, all diet programs I just mentioned all work. It’s just a personal preference which one you should try.

The key to a good diet is staying persistent.

All diets have basically the same intention, you need to be in a caloric deficient.

You first need to use a macro calculator and find out how many calories you need to eat to lose body-fat.

Then choose a diet plan that works for you and stay persistent.

So, when you sorted out your diet and exercise routine you can start looking at some supplements that can help you with losing body fat.

There are a lot of different supplements you can use that will help you with either staying on your diet or help you with burning fat.

Try to have a good sleep rhythm so that you get at least 7 hours every night.

Intermitted fasting 

Fasting is a good and healthy way to get rid of your stubborn body fat.

It basically means you stop eating calories for a limited period of time. Most experts advise you to fast for at least 16 hours a day.

A good schedule would be to stop eating from 20:00 in the evening till 12:00.

You have a eating window from 12:00 till 20:00 and you basically need to eat your calories.
You can also do a workout while in the fasting stage to boost fat loss.
