John Baxter Joins Oberon Securities as a Managing Director, Focusing on Healthcare Services

After leading LedgeRock Advisors for 15 years serving clients in healthcare and other industries, John Baxter has joined Oberon Securities, an investment banking firm focused on middle market companies, as a Managing Director.

Baxter has over 25 years of experience as an investment banker, strategy and management consultant, and operating executive. Prior to Oberon and LedgeRock, he was a Managing Director at Wharton Equity Partners, a diversified real estate investment firm. Earlier in his career, he was an Executive Vice President and Head of Capital Markets at APR, and Director of Investment Banking and Capital Markets at Wheat First Butcher Singer.

Baxter spent over ten years as the Chief Executive Officer of Whitehall Consulting Group, a management consulting firm that focused on leading transformational change for clients in the financial services sector. Whitehall had offices in New York and London. He attended Columbia University.
