Crisis Prevention Institute® (CPI), the worldwide leader in evidence-based de-escalation training and dementia care services, is pleased to announce that Kirsten Kessler has joined the company as its inaugural Chief Growth Officer.
In this role, Kessler will define and drive CPI strategy in support of its long-term goals. This includes leading global expansion efforts and exploring new markets to extend the reach of CPI’s mission of creating safer communities around the world. “Since 1980, we’ve helped train more than 17 million people within service-oriented industries including education, healthcare, long term care, human services, security, corporate, and retail,” said Tony Jace, CEO of Crisis Prevention Institute. “We are excited to welcome Kirsten to help us further expand and grow CPI offerings. Prior to joining CPI, Kessler worked at the Boston Consulting Group in numerous roles, including growth strategy, strategic planning, and large-scale change management. Most recently, she was the CEO/Founder of Alimus—a healthcare start-up aimed at improving maternal-fetal health outcomes.
