As a turnkey solution for providing services like hospital-at-home care, the Maribel platform combines technology, scalable clinical models, and operational management services to fill gaps in the current infrastructure and create the capacity needed for health systems to meet rapidly growing demographic demands. As the platform evolves, Maribel is aiming to be able to offer health systems the opportunity to transfer the financial risk of managing care for a hospital patient to Maribel, which will provide better quality outcomes at a reduced cost to the health system.

The initial focus of the new collaboration will be to build out BAYADA’s hospital-at-home capabilities for adult and pediatric health systems, with enhanced solutions such as community-based palliative care, mobile integrated health / community paramedicine, and longitudinal complex chronic care.
