Marketing veteran to lead global brand strategy and customer engagement initiatives
Swisslog Healthcare, a leading supplier of healthcare technology combining pharmacy and transport automation, announces marketing expert Amanda Costanzi as its Global Head of Marketing & Communications. Amanda will lead the company’s global marketing team to define and expand Swisslog Healthcare’s brand worldwide.

Costanzi has served as Swisslog Healthcare’s Head of Marketing and Communications for North America for the last three and a half years. In her new role, she will leverage and integrated omnichannel approach to drive customer acquisition and retention programs. Among her responsibilities, Costanzi will oversee global efforts for internal communication and events, brand management, publicity and media relations, market strategies for acquisition and retention, product marketing, nurturing and loyalty efforts, digital initiatives, and campaign strategies. This work will increase awareness of Swisslog Healthcare’s solutions, benefits, and services for transport and pharmacy automation while enhancing brand recognition among healthcare facilities worldwide.

She prioritizes mentorship and motivates her teams to increase success.
Amanda is committed to the future of the marketing workforce. She has served as an Everwise mentor for young professionals outside of Swisslog Healthcare, acted as a growth advisor at Catchafire, and has been a guest speaker for multiple organizations, including Arapahoe Community College, where she regularly educated students on how marketing surrounds business plans and strategic planning processes.
