QC Kinetix Names Bart Bess as Chief Operating Officer

Updated on November 8, 2023

QC Kinetix, a fast-growing regenerative medicine franchise that offers a cutting-edge, non-surgical alternative to joint pain relief, is thrilled to announce the addition of Bart Bess as the new Chief Operating Officer. Bess, a successful owner of multiple QC Kinetix clinics in the Philadelphia area, is set to bring a wealth of hands-on franchise experience to his new executive role.

“I’m excited to bring the perspective of a franchisee to the executive team at QC Kinetix,” said Bess. “I love the life-changing solutions we offer and can’t wait to help grow the brand so more people can experience the benefits of regenerative medicine.”

Bess opened his first QC Kinetix in May of 2022 and has since opened three additional clinics. He’s currently in the process of selling his territory. Bess’ entrepreneurial spirit was sparked early on, launching his first venture, an internet company, straight from his college dorm room. After running that company for seven years, he transitioned to the wireless cellphone retail sector, managing over 100 outlets with a robust team of more than 800 employees nationwide. After a short retirement, Bess decided to jump into the franchising world in the healthcare space with QC Kinetix, driven by a desire to help change lives.

“Bart Bess is the perfect candidate for this important executive leadership position because of his deep background in leading successful multi-site businesses,” said Scott Hoots, CEO of QC Kinetix. “As the leader of BrightStar Wireless, he grew a successful chain of wireless stores from ground zero to over 110 locations throughout the United States. He also brings experience as a successful franchise owner in the QC Kinetix system, which will help him lead our system to the same level of success that he achieved. “

QC Kinetix is a Charlotte-based company founded in 2017 that is a concierge-style medical clinic offering patients regenerative medicine treatments as an alternative to pain medications and surgery. The brand began franchising in 2020 and has grown to more than 185 clinics nationwide.

Bess looks forward to leveraging his franchisee experience to better assist the leadership team at QC Kinetix. One of his top priorities is to offer daily support for franchisees and help them understand how following the franchise’s business model will help them succeed.

“As an owner, I had to remind myself that QC Kinetix developed procedures that are proven to work. It’s easy to doubt them and try something your way, but as COO, I look forward to guiding franchisees to follow our proven model,” said Bess.
