Integra Partners has entered a strategic partnership with HelixVM, a leader in 24/7 “visit-less” asynchronous virtual care, under its Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) offer. The partnership tackles one of the biggest challenges in the durable medical equipment prosthetics, orthotics and supplies (DMEPOS) industry-getting the documentation and medical orders required to bill for services.
This partnership is intended to create an integrated pathway linking telehealth encounters with immediate access to DME, prosthetics, and orthotics. HelixVM’s digital platform delivers compliant documentation and physician orders directly back to the DMEPOS practice-removing delays that stall reimbursement and patient care.
