Association for Health Reimbursement Arrangements Anticipates Growth
The HRA Council, the 501(c)(6) trade association for defined contribution benefits including Health Reimbursement Arrangements, welcomes Eugene Sayan as the incoming Chairman of the nonprofit’s Board of Directors.
Sayan assumes leadership at a pivotal moment in the organization’s growth, with new educational initiatives underway and an expanding membership driving the adoption of Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA) and Qualifying Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangements (QSEHRA). ICHRA and QSEHRA adoption is revolutionizing the landscape of employer sponsored insurance.

He is responsible for guiding the company’s mission of Making healthcare more affordable, accessible, and plentiful for all Americans.

Founded in 2021, the national HRA Council represents an ecosystem of carriers, brokers, administrators, enrollment firms, benefit technology, fintech, and employers.
