Technology executive brings more than 30 years of innovative leadership experience
Hallmark Health Care Solutions, a leading healthcare workforce management technology company, today announced the appointment of Dimitry Plotko as Chief Product and Technology Officer. The appointment of Dimitry comes as Co-Founder Neeraj Isaac, who has served as CTO for the past 15 years, transitions to a role as a strategic advisor to leadership and joins the company’s Board of Directors.

As Hallmark’s Chief Product and Technology Officer, Dimitry will oversee the strategic management and development of the Einstein II and Heisenberg II product lines and associated infrastructure across the company. In this role, Dimitry will be responsible for fostering continuous innovation, ensuring product excellence, and aligning the company’s technological initiatives with its business strategy and evolving customer needs.

Dimitry joins Hallmark after serving as Senior Vice President of Product Development at ADP, a leading global provider of Human Capital Management solutions, for more than 13 years. At ADP, Dimitry led the development of multiple award-winning products, including its next-generation global payroll platform, workforce management (WFM) platform, myADP portal and an AI-powered ADP Assist. Prior to ADP, Dimitry served as the Vice President of Engineering at Intuit, where he helped develop a SaaS cash management platform used by more than 600 financial institutions.
