Freed Associates, a California-based healthcare consultancy, continues to build its team with new consultant, Sarrah Shah, who brings an astute ability to envision and spur development and performance improvement in a variety of healthcare organizations. She is experienced working with health systems and academic medical organizations.
In her new role, Shah will partner with clients to deliver solutions to help solve their most complex problems. Shah has experience reforming institutional financial operations, leading large-system implementations and maximizing organizational performance. She has particular expertise in working with matrixed organizations to streamline business processes, expand revenue-generating capabilities and strengthen internal infrastructure.
