Before his tenure at Scripps, Cullen amassed significant experience in the home health and hospice sector, serving in key positions including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer and Board Member. In these roles, he skillfully navigated post-merger transitions and played a crucial part in enhancing clinical quality, compliance and operational efficiency, leading to notable improvements in quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and financial performance. These experiences have been foundational in refining his strategic insights, financial management skills, and innovative leadership, preparing him for the significant role he now assumes at Compassus.
