Carenet Health, a leading provider of 24/7 and on-demand patient engagement solutions, announced today that Robin Peloquin has joined its leadership team. In her new role as vice president for training and development, Peloquin will focus on modernizing the company’s new hire program through multiple modalities. This will include utilizing face-to-face engagement-led, virtual, asynchronous learning, as well as simulations, on-the-job training, and just-in-time training.

“I’m elated to join the Carenet team and look forward to elevating the company’s dynamic culture, approach to learning, and dedication to growth and development,” Peloquin said. “Together, with my team at Carenet, we will collaborate to reconstruct and modernize the new hire program to support a range of employee scenarios including work at home, offshore work, onsite care coordinators, and telehealth registered nurses.”

Peloquin’s strong background in leadership and operations includes a previous role as vice president of digital learning and executive projects at Omni Interactions as well as nearly two decades in executive positions at Sykes Enterprises and Alpine Access. Peloquin brings to Carenet more than 25 years of experience in leadership roles supporting financial, healthcare, technical, and retail clients in a business process outsourcing (BPO) environment overseeing training, operations, quality, and new client implementations.

“Carenet is dedicated to continuous learning and providing the support our employees need to enhance their skills and knowledge, and foster job satisfaction,” said John Erwin, Carenet’s chief executive officer. “Robin’s knowledge in the industry and her expertise in digital learning makes her a valuable asset to the Carenet organization, and we are thrilled about her appointment.”
