Altus Inc Appoints Jeremy Spinney as CEO

Altus Industries Inc., a west Michigan designer, manufacturer, assembler, and marketer of medical, point-of-care workstations used across the healthcare industry, has appointed Jeremy Spinney as their new Chief Executive Officer.

In this role, Spinney will oversee the direction, day-to-day management, and results of the company. Alongside sales leadership, he will work with key customers and channel partners to grow sales. Spinney will coordinate marketing, engineering, operations, and sales functions to launch new solutions that meet customer needs. Additionally, he will continue to cultivate a strong and engaging company culture.

“As Altus continues to develop our strong presence in the healthcare workstation space, the company requires the experience and drive Jeremy brings to accelerate sustainable growth,” said Craig VanderHeide, co-founder and former CEO at Altus. “Jeremy is an accomplished leader with a track record of success, building strong teams, and executing strategy. I look forward to all Altus will accomplish under his guidance.”

Spinney brings 22 years of experience to Altus in clinical operations, healthcare device and service markets, as both a customer and in the industry. He has held various roles with increasing leadership responsibility in sales, marketing, and operations with Fortune 50 companies such as Siemens Medical Solutions, Thermo Fisher Scientific, as well as a midsize healthcare organization MediLynx Arrhythmia Diagnostics. Most recently, he was the business leader and general manager for Convergint Technologies, focused on operational improvement, security technology, and real-time location system (RTLS) integrations within healthcare. Spinney holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and a Master of Business Administration, both from Michigan State University.

“Altus is a customer-first company with big plans for growth,” said Spinney. “I consider it a privilege to continue building on this momentum with the Altus team and our strategic partners.”
