The Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC), a nonprofit accreditation organization dedicated to exceptional service and a collaborative accreditation experience, has officially appointed Jonathan Kennedy as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Services. Mr. Kennedy, who has been serving as Interim Vice President of Finance, brings over 30 years of experience in financial leadership across healthcare, technology and service-based industries. His diverse background spans privately held start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, positioning him to help drive ACHC’s continued growth and operational excellence.
As a veteran corporate executive, Kennedy brings deep expertise in accounting, financial planning & analysis, and reporting, complemented by extensive experience in treasury, cash management, and mergers and acquisitions. His distinguished career includes senior leadership roles across various industries, including overseeing the North and South American finance shared service operations of the world’s largest Clinical Research Organization (IQVIA, formerly Quintiles).
In his role, Mr. Kennedy will oversee key ACHC corporate service functions, including accounting & finance, budgeting, strategy, human resources, corporate communications, and information technology. His strong background in finance and corporate operations will bolster ACHC’s position as one of the nation’s leading accreditation organizations, specifically in growing segments including home health.
