What We Accept

Exclusive articles (original content not posted elsewhere)
Non-exclusive articles (previously published—please disclose and confirm reprint permission)
Editorial interviews (see Paid Services below)

Submission Checklist

  • A compelling title (in Title Case format)
  • Short author bio (200 words or less)
  • A link to the author’s personal LinkedIn or other professional social media profile
  • Author headshot (75 dpi, 250×250 px, .jpg or .png)
  • Optional: A featured image related to the article content (75 dpi, 900×600 px, .jpg or .png). This image will appear at the top of the article. Please ensure the image does not include any company branding. If no image is provided, our editorial team will select one from our licensed stock library.

Content Guidelines

  • Write in third person (unless it’s an opinion piece)
  • No footnotes or endnotes—use hyperlinks in main content only
  • Articles must be educational, not promotional (no company or product mentions)
  • Tone: Friendly, informative, and conversational
  • Minimum 700 words
  • Relevant third-party links (no promotional links)

🔗 Company/product links are not allowed in the article. You may mention the author’s company’s name in the bio.

Revisions & Edits

We may edit, revise, or decline submissions that don’t meet our standards.

Paid Editorial Interviews ($300 Flat Fee)

For professionals or organizations seeking a polished feature, we offer a premium editorial interview service. Ideal for executives, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders.

Because of the time and resources involved, we charge a one-time fee of $300 for this exclusive feature. This covers the entire process—from developing a custom questionnaire to professional writing, editing, design, and online publication.

Please note: All interviews are conducted exclusively via email. We do not offer phone or in-person interviews.

How the Process Works

1. Customized Questionnaire: Within 2–3 business days, our editorial team will create a tailored questionnaire specifically for you or your client and send it to you by email.

2. Client Response Window: You’ll have 14 business days to return written responses.

3. Drafting the Feature: Using these responses, we’ll write a professionally crafted cover story (up to 1,000 words) and send it to you for review.

4. Revisions: You can request any necessary revisions before final approval.

5. Online Publication: Once approved, the article will be professionally designed and published online.
