While our nurses, physicians and first responders have now been battling with the  Covid- 19 pandemic since mid- April of this year, who has been monitoring the mental, physical and emotional well being of our heroes. The state of America’s healthcare crisis, coupled with current pandemic changes, threaten to not only exacerbate the crisis, but further erode worker productivity. These environmental factors coupled with the local promotion, is much more proactive.

By helping healthcare workers change their behavior patterns and choose more healthy lifestyles and alternatives during these times is crucial to all of our safety , Mission Fit Fitness has lowered  companies’ health care expenditures, while raising worker productivity. Health care expenditures have decreased due to reduced medical insurance premiums, reduced an competitive situation signaling a favorable opportunity in the market.

Mission Fit Fitness ties worker productivity directly to the health care issue. We believe that traditional approaches to the current healthcare crisis are misdirected. These traditional efforts are what we call reactive — that is, they wait until after the worker has been stricken with illness or injury, and then pay for the necessary treatments.

Why?

Here are the two simple factors of worker productivity.

1. Healthy employees are more productive than chronically ill employees.

2. It costs less to prevent injuries or illnesses than to treat them after they occur.

The approach, which emphasizes prevention and good health promotion, is much more proactive Mission Fit Fitness is made up of a team of Exercise Physiologist, Chiropractors, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Dietitians. Participants have even called Mission Fit Fitness sessions, “recess at work.” With programs that include: “Bullet Proof Mindset” and “Eating for Performance” and “Get Fit Anytime Anywhere “all of which are brought on site to your place of employment or business via Telehealth. Along the way Mission Fit Fitness  developed the most unique workout formula in the area and maybe in North America right now keeping our workers on the front lines health and fit.
