Customer Neuro Receptors

PATIENTS & CUSTOMERS; ALL HAVE NEURORECEPTORS – ARE YOU THE AGENT OF CHOICE

We all know that pharmaceutical agents will bind to different neuroreceptors in patients.

Their actions may activate – stimulate – or they may block or suppress.

Similarly – various flight programs (agents) will bind to different neuroreceptors in different customers.

What is it about your flight program that binds with the neuroreceptors of what kinds of customers?

There are 4 Essential VACC MissonMetrics (Neuroreceptors) that Critical Medical Aviation customers have. Of which of these four are each of your customers most receptive? You’d better know! Your customized Outreach Operating Plan for each customer (individual not organization) must be based on this.

Which neuroreceptors might you block? In which customers? Do you know? (It’s your Outreach job to know!)

Key – you cannot activate or block all neuroreceptors of all customers – you need to be site-specific.

If you were to characterize your flight program as a pharmaceutical agent – what “effect” would you have on a critical mass of customers?

Are you stimulating endorphins?  Are you astonishing (filling with wonder and amazement)?

Most important of all – which specific neuroreceptors of which specific customers would you want to be tightly bound? Why does this matter?

THE GOAL IS INDEFATIGABLE CUSTOMER ADHESION

We always emphasize – you must EARN and SUSTAIN TRUST. Once you have proven yourself worthy and have earned trust – of course – the real objective is to sustain this – and create barriers to rival’s adhesion with your ideal customer’s neuroreceptors. Attaining indefatigable customer adhesion – unbreakable bonds – will assure that you are stimulating an adequate number of flight requests to thrive.

KNOW WHAT YOU ARE – BE THE AGENT OF CHOICE

Maybe this article seems abstract to some. The point is – you must know what you are. What effect do you have on which kinds of customers? You cannot be all things to all customers – if you try this you will fail and fail big time.

DECIDE – THEN OPERATE YOUR OUTREACH ACCORDINGLY – BECOME TIGHTLY BOUND TO THE RIGHT CUSTOMERS RIGHT NEURORECEPTORS

Our OutreachU ™ and Flight Request Stimulator ™ online courses can inform you on how to succeed at this.
